Long KKH day via Naran/Babusar to Chilas. Overnight at riverside hotel.

Chilas → Skardu
Scenic drive along the Indus on the Skardu road to Baltistan. Check-in Skardu, evening at Kharpocho fort viewpoint.

Day 3
Shangrila & Upper Kachura
Visit Shangrila Resort (Lower Kachura Lake) and walk to Upper Kachura. Boat ride optional.

Deosai Plains & Sheosar Lake
Jeep excursion onto Deosai — 'Land of Giants'. Picnic at Sheosar Lake, wildlife spotting.

Basho Valley
4x4 day trip to lush Basho Valley — meadows, streams and pine forests. Return to Skardu.

Katpana Desert & Manthoka (optional)
Morning at Katpana cold desert. Optional drive to Manthoka waterfall. Evening free in Skardu bazaar.

Return along the Indus gorge to Chilas.
